The McQuater Partnership was founded by Mark McQuater to advise and support privately owned, growth-stage businesses. Many of our clients are founder-led, and are either backed by private equity or preparing for that next phase.

Following a successful career as CEO of several PLCs and private equity-backed businesses—including founding and growing his own company—Mark now brings his extensive experience to help other businesses succeed.

Today, he is a highly experienced Chairman and Non-Executive Director, with a strong track record across the Hospitality, Fintech, and Environmental sectors.

Over his career, Mark has been a leader in some of the UK’s most recognised hospitality businesses—as an investor, founding CEO, PLC executive, and PE-backed MD. Notable businesses he held senior roles include: Revolution Bars Group PLC, JD Wetherspoon PLC, Barracuda Group, Rank Group PLC & Greenalls PLC.
He is now a seasoned Chairman and Non-Executive Director, contributing to brand development, rollouts, fundraising, and successful exits.
